Apollo
Apollo is multifaceted communications software. It syncs with mobile, tablet and web technology, keeping the user up to date and in context at all times no matter where they access the application from. It incorporates screen sharing, voice, video, text and more. Includes groups, status, 1:1 and multi-user video and voice.
The biggest design challenge was to include all of the functions and capabilities the application allows, while still providing the user a clean and simple interface with contextual buttons and cues. Below you can see the product being used across iPhone, Android, Web and Tablet.
Screen sharing is important when working on projects remotely, weather down the hall or in another country. It was important for the design to keep the written conversation, even when moving into screen sharing, so all information is available at all times.

As remote offices become more and more common with the rise of the web, mobile devices must keep up so that even when the user is away from an office, they still maintain as many capabilities as they would from a desktop computer.
We started including push notifications into the technology, so that a client would never miss a call, invite, or screenshot. These are three of my explorations. It is important to provide a beautiful design experience, even when a client doesn’t provide an asset such as a profile photo.

In addition to designing every aspect of the app as the sole designer, I was also called upon to create a simple yet informative webpage for the product.
